I am committed to the promotion of active listening in our communities through the practice of oral history. I am the founder of Oral History Made Easy, the transformational training and mentorship programme. I am Chairperson of Achill Oral Histories and Emeritus Fellow in Oral History and Research Methods at Sheffield Hallam University England. I am volunteer west of Ireland regional network lead for the Oral History Network Of Ireland.
