I would like to create a radio show with fieldrecordings from all around the world for World Listening Day 2027.
You can participate in sending me a .wav or .mp3 file with a length of 1-5 minutes with a sound from your area. Before or after the field recording please say something about yourself: Your name, where you live (country and village/town/city) and what you recorded. If you want to share some additional information please feel free to do so. Total length of the recording: 2-6 minutes.
Please use a secure filesharing service like SwissTransfer to provide the files and send the request to cum.ansere@gmail.com. Please include in the notification headline “Radio Show for World Listening Day 2027”.
Submission deadline is June 6th, 2027.
Currently it´s not sure if the show will take place between 2-4 p.m. We might only know the exact hours two month in advance. The link to the show will be provided then, so everyone can listen via internet live-stream.
