SUMMARY:Voix de la rivière -- Web Stream
DESCRIPTION:Voix de la rivière is an interactive sound-based installation 
 and web stream that uses a hydrophone and solar-powered FM transmitter to 
 share the sounds of Quebec’s Haute-Yamaska river with listeners around t
 he world. Launching on July 18 as part of the international World Listenin
 g Day celebrations\, this project runs until October 15th (weather permitt
 ing). If you’re in (or near) Quebec’s Eastern Townships\, you can come
  visit the site-specific listening station installed at the Relais McLaugh
 lin in Warden (located at 211 rue Principale\, adjacent to the Estriade bi
 cycle path network) and use a vintage telephone to dial in to the real-tim
 e underwater sounds of the nearby Haute-Yamaska. If you aren’t able to t
