 or World Listening Day. A celebration of the power of listening\, both to 
 people and to our surroundings.\n \nWorld Listening Day proclaims that it
  is time to listen intently to the people in our lives and the worthy caus
 es that are seeking attention. This requires engaging with listening as an
  active process\, one that encourages listening with as much effort as spe
 aking.\n \nOn Sunday July 14\, we will be holding space for you to immers
 e in nature in an environment free from noise pollution.\nWe have curated 
 the following programme to support your journey of deep listening.\n \nAr
 rive: 12pm Silent forest walk and lunch: 12.30-2pmSonic meditation: 2.30-3
 .30pmEvent concludes: 4pmLocation: Paulls Valley\n \nLimited capacity of

 lease bring your own lunch. Please also bring a yoga mat and blanket (fold
