DESCRIPTION:Tramore Valley Park has been the site of great environmental ch
 ange. From 1964 to 2009\, this site was used as a landfill for Cork city. 
 Bordered by an in tact wetland\, the area was remediated into a public par
 k opening to the public in 2019.\nThis one-hour Creative Soundwalk is hos
 ted by artist and qualified Deep Listener instructor Seán Taylor. The sou
 ndwalk in Tramore Valley Park will introduce participants to the study of 
 listening\, creative soundwalking and the meditative practices of Tai Chi 
 and Qigong. The soundwalk is intended to enhance participant’s perceptio
 n of sound and silence\, offering a unique approach to listening to the so
